Even in Autumn there are some really nice flowers that are blooming in Anan. Here is a picture of a one of the roses that are currently in bloom in the garden. This morning I woke early and went for a 2 hour ride on my bicycle. It's such a great time to be up and about. I would recommend heading out to the Naka river to catch a glimpse of the great views that Anan has to offer.

It's hard to be sad when the weather is like this. Today is a beautiful Autumn day. Todays pucture was taken last Spring. The Sakura trees are very beautiful during that time of year. When you look upon them in Winter however, the situation is quite different. They look bleek and cold. It's the one tree that shows the whole cycle of life throughout the year. Have a fantastic November 22nd.

There is so much to see and do in Anan City. I've been here for quite a while now and I'm still finding new and interesting things. This path I found in Iwawaki, Hanoura. I run past this at least once a week.

This morning is again quite fresh and about 6 degrees. Winter has come early. It looks like this weather is going to stay for at least another week. I do enjoy riding in winter, but you really need to rug up or you'll end up losing something. The air is clean and crisp. It's a nice time to be outside.

Here is one of the reasons that I've chosen Anan as a place to live and raise a family. The mountains and rivers make such a peaceful backdrop to a great area. Today is going to be a little cold so please rug up and keep warm. Winter is just around the corner.

今日から阿南市は市議会議員選挙が始まります。今回の立候補者に対して用意されている議席が2議席足りない。 一週間後どの様な結果になるのでしょうね。

阿南市那賀川町で圃場整備事業が行われています。 これは、大規模農家を作るため・・・！？ 確かに効率性はいいのでしょうが、昔この田んぼの横の、川に住んでいたアメリカンザニガニとか、ちっちゃい貝達がいなくなるのが少しさびしいです。 便利をとるか、自然をとるか、永遠の課題でしょうね。

今日の写真、見た目はいいのですが、この黄色い花、これは外来種で子供たちのアレルギーのもと、毎年この花が増えて、ススキが占領されるのをどうにか止めたいのですが、毎年この花の場所が増えてる様に感じます。
