I know today is again overcast and rainy. So I thought I'd add a picture of something nice. This is one of the reasons why I love living here. There are so many really lovely places to go and just sit and relax. If you're a fan of the oceans or the mountains, this place is right for you.

It's amazing how everything just turn green in the Summer. After all of the colour and contrast of Spring, you have to look really hard for some differences in colour. I think I found it. Today is again, overcast. Although it's cooler than it has been. I was up at 5;30 this morning fighting my demons that want me to sleep in. I got up and went for a run. It's a good way to start the day.

Today is overcast, and muggy. I have a feeling it's going to get quite hot by this afternoon. So far, this Summer has shown a little of what is in store for us. We've already had some really hot and humid days. The rainy season hasn't really begun even though they have declared it open. Please take care if you are going outside. It's always important to make sure you take in enough fluid.

明日、毎月恒例の清掃活動を行います。 時間の都合のつく方は、AM9：00までに徳島県阿南市那賀川町日向13-5 ラジコン天国駐車場に集まって下さい。 1時間程度の国道バイパス55歩道の草抜きです。
